1. Consignment Fees: 25% of the selling price of each consigned item shall be retained by Blue Ribbon Tack.
2. Liability: Blue Ribbon Tack assumes no liability for the loss of, damage to, or destruction of any item consigned.
3. Pickups: Please give us some advanced notice so that we can pull the items for you. If you want to pull them yourself you can do that during any business hours.
4. Pickups: Consignor must pick up all unsold items within six (6) months from the date of consignment or sign an extension of agreement for an additional 90 days *. A courtesy call will be made at the beginning of the month that the agreement ends. All unsold items not picked up after the end of the agreement period, without further notice, automatically becomes the property of Blue Ribbon Tack.
5. Consignor Payment: Checks will be mailed to consignors by the 15th of the month following the sale of items.
